At JORGENSEN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original JORGENSEN packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over the package to the designated carrier; once we inspect the item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
